TOEIC will send text messages to students three days before the exam with information about the test venue.
Starting from Monday, November 24, students may check or print their test admission notice through the Service Center:

Important Reminders

Please bring a valid identification document (e.g., National ID card or passport).

Student ID cards are not accepted as valid identification.
-
The TOEIC test venue at Ming Chi University of Technology will be arranged in the Mechanical Engineering Building.

Online score inquiry date: December 15, 2025

If you entered the school address during registration, please collect your score report from the Language Center.

Valid Identification Regulations
Taiwanese Candidates
Age 16 or above:
Only the original National ID card or a valid passport is accepted.
Under age 16:

National ID card or valid passport
-
If unavailable, a health insurance IC card with a photo may be used
Foreign Candidates
(Non-native English speakers, including Hong Kong and Macau)

Valid passport, or
-
ARC containing passport number
Mainland Chinese Candidates

Taiwan Entry/Exit Permit with ID number and entry stamp, or
-
Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents
Candidates Without Valid ID
Alternative identification may be temporarily accepted, but valid ID must be delivered to the test center before the exam ends. Otherwise, scores will not be counted.

Test Day Regulations
Before the Exam

Arrive at the classroom at least 30 minutes before the exam begins.

Late arrivals will not be admitted.
-
Check the seating chart before entering the classroom.
Electronic Devices
All electronic devices, including phones and watches, must be turned off before entering the test room. Any sound or vibration may result in score cancellation.
During the Exam

The test lasts approximately 2.5 hours with no break.

Early departure is not allowed.
-
Do not answer questions from another section ahead of time.
-
Do not make additional marks on the answer sheet.
-
Cheating, recording, copying, talking, or sharing answers is prohibited.
Violations may result in disqualification and cancellation of scores.
After the Exam
Candidates must stop writing immediately when instructed and remain seated until the proctor announces dismissal.

Test sessions may be video recorded for security purposes.

Candidates must sign for identity verification; unsigned answer sheets may not receive scores.

Recording or filming equipment is prohibited.
-
Impersonation or proxy test-taking is strictly prohibited.

Smoking, eating, chewing gum, or disturbing the testing environment is prohibited.

In cases of natural disasters or emergencies, the testing organization may adjust exam arrangements.

Health and epidemic prevention measures may be implemented if necessary.
The testing organization reserves the right of final interpretation of all regulations.
