The Duolingo English Test (DET) is one of the internationally recognized English proficiency tests available to students preparing to study abroad. Compared with more traditional English proficiency tests, the DET offers another option for demonstrating English proficiency. To help students strengthen their English skills and expand opportunities to participate in International Dual Degree Programs, the BEST Program and OIA have teamed up to offer the Duolingo English Test (DET) Preparation Course.

Through systematic English training, practical test-taking strategies, and practice tests, the course will help you become familiar with the DET format while strengthening your listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Whether you are currently preparing for the DET or considering applying for an International Dual Degree Program in the future, this course can help you build your English proficiency and test-taking confidence and get ready for future international study opportunities.
