第一屆台塑三校MyET口說大賽實施計劃

The 1^st FPG-Universities English Speaking Contest, 2025

• 活動名稱：第一屆台塑三校MyET英語口說大賽
• 活動宗旨：透過英語口說競賽結合聯合國17項永續發展目標(SDGs)主題，以賽促學，鼓勵台塑三校學生藉由本活動培養對永續發展目標的認識與提升英語口語表達能力。
• 主辦單位：明志科技大學 語言中心
• 協辦單位：長庚大學 語言中心、長庚科技大學 語言中心、艾爾科技股份有限公司
• 比賽期間：2025年3月31日00:00起至2025年5月5日23:59止(共36天)
• 參賽資格：台塑三校各系所學生(含英語非母語之國際學生)
• 報名期間：2025年3月31日00:00起至2025年5月5日23:59止(共36天)
• 競賽模式：採用跟讀模式(聽一句唸一句)與朗讀模式(聽完所有句子，看字幕唸)
• 報名方式：請參閱附件，依校別下載簡章說明。
• 比賽辦法：依照個人跟讀及朗讀最佳一次總分總和排名，取前三名。所有參賽者，可不限地點與不限次數完成競賽內容，主辦單位以參賽者個人最佳一次成績總分總和進行排名。
• 評分方式：評分工具為MyET「自動語音分析系統」。(ASAS ©, Automatic Speech Analysis System 中華民國發明專利第189374號)，若參賽者總和成績相同，以發音、語調、流利度、音量總和分數依先後順序排名
• 獎勵辦法：

第一名：頒發獎狀乙幀、禮券3,000元

第二名：頒發獎狀乙幀、禮券2,500元

第三名：頒發獎狀乙幀、禮券1,500元

踴躍參賽獎：頒發獎狀乙幀、禮券1,000元 (前三名除外，取3名)  

       【註】主辦單位有權視最後參賽組數而增減獎項名次。

• 注意事項：

1. 競賽皆需本人親自完成，絕不可請人代勞，經主辦單位發現後取消比賽資格。
2. 參賽者的報名資格如有爭議，將由主辦單位全權評定。
3. 參賽者請參考附件了解如何完成報名及參賽流程等重要說明。
4. 如有任何比賽相關問題，請聯繫語言中心曾瓊惠小姐。
5. 本競賽辦法如有未盡事宜，得由主辦單位適時修正補充，並於賽前公告週知。
6. 為鼓勵學生踴躍參加，參賽者均製頒參賽證明，主辦單位亦製發感謝狀予參賽學生之指導老師。

• Purpose: This contest integrates English speaking practice with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encouraging students to enhance their awareness of SDGs while improving their English speaking abilities through competition.
• Organizer: Ming Chi University of Technology Language Center
• Co-organizer: Chang Gung University of Science and Technology Language Center、Chang Gung University Language Center、L Labs Inc.
• Contest Period: 2025/3/31 00:00 to 2025/5/5 23:59 (36 days in total)
• Eligibility: Students from all departments and programs at the FPG-Universities (including international students whose native language is not English)
• Registration Period: 2025/3/31 00:00 to 2025/5/5 23:59 (36 days in total)
• Contest Format: Two modes: Sentence Repetition Mode (listen and repeat each sentence) and Reading Aloud Mode (listen to the full script and then read with subtitles)
• How to Register: Please download the brochure instructions based on your school.
• Contest Rules: Participants will be ranked based on the total score of their best single attempt across both modes. Participants may complete the contest content any number of times and from any location. Rankings will be determined by the highest total score.
• Scoring System: Scoring is based on the MyET Automatic Speech Analysis System (ASAS ©), ROC Patent No. 189374. If total scores are tied, the ranking will be determined by the combined score of pronunciation, intonation, fluency, and volume, in that order.
• Awards: 

  1st Place : Certificate + NT$3,000 voucher

  2nd Place: Certificate + NT$2,500 voucher

  3rd Place : Certificate + NT$1,500 voucher

  Special Awards (excluding the top 3):

  Active Participation Award – Based on the number of contest attempts and performance, 3 participants will be selected. Each will receive a certificate and NT$1,000 voucher.

  *The organizer reserves the right to adjust the number of awards based on final participation.
